Unravel

Exploring Tait’s conjecture and Hamiltonian paths gave me an idea for a puzzle game: unroll a polyhedron, visiting each face exactly once, while trying to reach a goal square.

A golden polyhedron rolls across a magenta grid, leaving a connected trail of turquoise triangular faces
A trail of unfolded faces in the prototype
A gold and turquoise polyhedron with pentagonal faces and nearby turquoise markers
A different shape
The polyhedron partly unfolded, with a longer turquoise trail behind it
